A Nyx and Sunset update - Ideas I came up with.

I came up with concepts!

Since the "completion" of Nyx and the Sunset, I've been thinking of ways to continue it, and I've come to the conclusion that it is inevitable. The story is going to spiral into bleak darkness.

So, I figured I would match this dark take by adding different themes to reflect this, concepts such as death, abandonment and fear would be the most common, but they boarder on mature, therefore breaking Pen's rules.

Another concept is the girl powers. I figured that I would deviate from Legend of Everfree with their powers in favor of anime/Manga esque abilities akin to Fullmetal Alchemist, Madoka Magica (which I compare the second and third arc of Nyx and the Sunset to sometimes, let that sink in,) and another Anime which has escaped me, I'm thinking Sailor Moon.

The Girls abilities would be varied between them but do not stray from the characters traits, e.g. Rainbow's speed, although amplified with weapons. Each of them having a negative effect on their body, which I called a Discordant Bleed and it manifests in different ways, but these bleeds only occur when they go over-bored, and these effects can kill.

I actually wanted to do a one shot which briefly included Nyx in a cameo, but it's set at a point later in the story. Really there isn't much, but I guess if I'm going to continue this fic as intended upon its inception (it has admittedly become a darker story since then) I'm going to alter things and make them as different as possible.

To be clear, these are just ideas, whether or not they come into play in any continuation hasn't even been considered.

Should you consider this a sign that I will continue the fic? Well... I'll leave that up for you to ponder.
