Okay, technically it was a few days ago on Saturday, but... work has been crazy. (Umbrella Alpha Release on Skullgirls just happened to be today as well.)
Anyway, the first chapter of Glimpses 2 has been published! I want to thank everyone for all the requests you made on the blog post about a month ago. I hope that those were selected enjoy the variants based on their requests, and I hope everyone can still enjoy the anthology as a whole. I'm spreading out the posts a little, mostly to give myself a little more time to edit. (Again, work crazy.) Still, within the week you'll have the completed story.
I know for the 5th anniversary I did a whole big thing in the first chapter of Glimpses thanking everyone that I could, and a lot of that still holds true. I do want to give a special shout-out to SpokenMind93, who in the five years has continued to make the Past Sins comic and is starting to near the end. If you enjoy Past Sins, you should really head over to DeviantArt and give her some love. I was very happy I was able to commission her to make the cover art for Glimpses 2!
But really, Nyx's continued presence in the community, as small as it is at times, is something I do greatly treasure. I don't think I could have ever imagined that a story I wrote 10 years ago for My Little Pony would still be something folks remember so fondly and is still something readers, new and old, enjoy to this day.
So thank you again, really. I can't say it enough. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

I’ve been following Spoken also, and I’m stoked you had her take part in this story in some way. Now that she’s started that last chapter I’ve been tempted to go back and reread PS myself, I just have some other bingeing to do first.
I named my phone Nyx and set cute wallpaper.
I am never going to forget Nyx anytime soon. And I have Past Sins in print, and I couldn't be happier to have it in my book collection! I hope to see you again in person one day.

Out of all the tales I've read, Past Sins is by far one of the greatest. Nyx is a character that you gave life, and that little Alicorn has truly taken a life of her own.

Past Sins was the first lengthy fanfic I ever read, and it was the first physical print I ever bought. It will always have a special place in my memory and on my bookshelf.

Much like how manga helped me get into reading, Past Sin helped me give novels a try. It will always have a special place in my heart, being both the first novel I ever read and my first fanfic. All I can say is thank you for this BRILLIANT story and happy birthday Nyx

Jesus, has it really been 10 years? damn, this story has gotten me through some times as it has been one thing I can consistantly go back to, and enjoy reading because of the story, and not the action
