I came up with a compromise.

I've decided to continue working on Nyx and the Sunset, but only on a neutral route that brings in both light hearted themes, as well as dark moments. I will end up cutting some of the darker stuff from the final chapters but they will all largely remain the same. However, do not expect any new chapters for a while. As I announced the incompletion of the fic, I started two others and was hoping to get through them before I came up with my solution, I have my solution now, and so I will role with it, and if you all think the story has strayed too far by the time the ending rolls around then that is something I'm gonna have to live with. I can't please everyone.

Also I have idea's for the sequel, but that's for later.

On another note: I had an artist in mind for the third cover, but he doesn't take requests or commissions (the artist in mind was Uotapo.) Back to square one there.
