It is specifically dated as during the events of episode 6 of season 1: Sunset has switched over to the Generations uniform, but the actual events of Generations has yet to take place.

Thanks to my good friend Zintenka I finally have an original avatar picture for this account.
I find the picture to be quite fitting, the British Bobby is now finally able to show that fact with this amazing picture. Though it isn't yet finished, I think it already looks astonishing at this stage. Seeing as Dying Embers has reached the milestone of 500,000 words, I figured I'd get this fan art out for the occasion.
