I am very nearly done with the new first chapter of The Harmony League. Right now, it's clocked at... *checks word count*... 6,631 words. Please, please, don't expect that kind of turnout every chapter. It's just taking that long to cover everything.

So, how was everybody's weekend? I just came back from Bronycon and I learned so much from the writing panels. I would have to say that the most useful thing I've learned are about two different approaches to the craft; the gardening approach, where you start with an idea and let it grow from there, and the structural style, where you plot out everything in advance.

Yesterday I got to go on a beautiful hike with my awesome boyfriend, then we just hung out for the rest of the day at his place. Got home late last night and got me and my grandma some pizza, then actually got more then 2 hours of sleep (I got 4). Hope you all have/are enjoying your weekend. I've been busy with some family stuff, and I got a new puppy as well. So yeah, been kinda busy, and I decided just to take a breather this weekend and enjoy the quiet.
