Do you ever have those times when you severely overestimate your ability to get things done on schedule? Or how about days when you feel like everything in the world wants to distract you?

Finally learned how to operate the blog lol. I know my way around computers, but this website can be confusing lol. Anyway, I found out how to post on my blog and recently learned how to add a message to my profile.
I’m almost done with another chapter of Death Cometh and I hope to have it up before I go to bed (I live in America in est time). I just have to read over it one time and then upload it to fimfiction. Should be easy enough, but I’m gonna watch a movie first.
Writing can get a little bit annoying sometimes when you make up new characters on the fly. Or in this case, on the snake.
The next chapter's currently in progress, but one of the reasons for its delay---aside from the usual excuses of work, tiredness, and gaming---is that I'm having difficulty writing a scene with a one-chapter character in it. In an earlier chapter Leviathan detected a sea monster down in the ocean depths, and I was going to have the two of them cross paths.
1 - "Wake up" - Draft 2
2 - "Take a look around" - Draft 2.1 (Unfinished)
So you may have noticed by now that I posted a new one-shot, a comedic/slice of life quickie called "There's A Story Behind This" that I hope everyone will find to their reading satisfaction.

1 - "Wake up." - Draft 2.1
2 - "Take a look around." - Draft 2.1
3 - "There's so much to see," - Draft 1
Added in a missing detail to the first chapter, began work on third chapter. The third chapter also addresses a minor plot hole pointed out by commenters in Pony-Me, replacing the food that Lisa eats after waking with something that'd be more digestible to someone who hasn't eaten solid food in years.
Story updates
It took Familial Words, my previous most-liked story, over two years to get to 70 likes, and half of those only came about because I wrote a sequel.
Gone With the Light surpassed that mark in two days. Two. Days.
HELLO THERE. IT'S ME. The most inconsistent author on the platform! :D
Live footage of everyone's reaction when I come crawling back for the 5,000th time.
Let's talk about Into the Light. Firstly, I apologize.
You have been click-baited.
Hi all!
Only one day late on the blog this time!
Last night, I finished mission six. However, because I have a backlog, I’ve identified three additional scenes I need to add, so I’m not quite done yet. That’s the bad news. The good news is that only one of the three scenes has any real length, the rest are just short add ons. I could be finished by the end of the day.
...try, try again.
That's a terrible slogan for a gambler, isn't it? Good thing I'm not a gambler.
Anyways, I know I haven't posted anything in a while, but I will be trying to pull myself out of this funk I've somehow gotten myself into. For now, Past, Present, & Future will remain on hiatus, but I've started a new story in hopes of rekindling my love for writing.
Revised and partially rewrote the first chapter, and began work on the second chapter.
Starting from the second chapter, additional plot elements not present in Pony-Me have been added for additional realism concerning the effects of the transition between an extended session of virtual reality and real life.
Chapter-by-chapter status:
"Wake up" is now on its second draft.
"Take a look around" is currently being written, and is on its first draft.
I honestly feel like this is the most awkwardly-written chapter I've ever created. I tried to maintain a sense of continuity, but at the same time since I wanted to change the story a little, ended up diving into multiple areas where things just felt... off.
Chances are that I'll probably come back to the chapter and rewrite it from scratch. I'm really not much in a rush for the My Own Reality project, since I'm still busy setting up the world and lore in the main Pony-Me story.
Hey there! Been a long time since I logged on here.
...I have completed the rough draft of Chapter 12. And It's BIG! Well, at least by my standards. Somewhere in the 11,000 range as of this writing, and it is most likely going to grow significantly on the second pass.
This might actually get broken into two chapters. We'll see how we're feeling once the editors have had their turn with it. Whatever the case, expect a lot of birb words coming very soon!
Yo! We've hit New year! Yay!
'Tis the first year of the third decade of the first century of the third millennium! Is that cool or what!
Let's see, how much did I write?
...
About 16,500 words of Minoan Crisis, and 4,500 in short fiction and poetry for my Creative Writing class. Well, guess I know where my priorities are.
So 21,000 words all told, almost half of the NaNoWriMo goal of 50,000. And I was going to sit down and crank out a bunch of crap to buff my numbers, too, but it's too late and I forgot. Oh well. Maybe I should total up my count every month. This was kind of fun, and insightful too.
1 - "Wake up." - (Draft 2)
2 - "Take a look around." - (Draft 2.1)
3 - "There's so much to see," - (Draft 1)
Finished chapter 2, rearranging the chapter names a bit to fit the chapter progression better. I'll be working on Chapter 3 tonight, and likely will post another status update on the story then.
Hello, Fimfiction! AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Boy, I bet people still keep finding presents under New-year trees!
Happy holidays !
(Man, I can't believe the year number has changed!..)
(Also I can't believe I never cheered for the past 2022 !)
Well, the past year has turned out to be better in many regards...
Welcome, followers-who-probably-thought-I-died-and/or-quit-writing and anyone else who happens to read this! After an incredibly-long period of not doing anything related to FiMfiction, I have returned with news which may be met with mixed reactions.
I've gone too long without making any blog posts. I've intended to, but I have a tendency to hold myself to high standards with stuff I make. Usually, that works well. My desire to make my work better gives me the patience to actually do so. In some cases, however, I don't think it's appropriate. In a blog, for instance. If I try to make each post into an A+ essay, well, I'll be able to, but it will be really slow. I won't be able to share much information about what the deal is
