Do you ever have those times when you severely overestimate your ability to get things done on schedule? Or how about days when you feel like everything in the world wants to distract you?
...Yeah, both of those things happened to me. The first is because I thought I was going to get the latest chapter finished on time, but for some reason the idea faucet is stuffed up. Trying to get more than a few paragraphs written at a time is starting to get strenuous. ... Also, I may have forgotten that I said the 9th when I thought I said the 10th. Crudbunny. ()^_^
The second is that yes, I am being distracted by a lot of stuff, some of which has no business distracting me. Just this morning I was working on the story, and for no apparent reason I decided to check out Wikipedia's article on the Willamette Valley. COMPLETELY unrelated. This is without going into the number of games I've been playing on top of everything else.
So, yeah. Thanks for reminding me about this, Shazam 25. I'm adjusting the Deadline to the 14th, as it should be.
(I would've picked the 13th, but I have a doctor's appointment that day, and I'd rather not do too much while the anesthesia's addling my brain.)
