There has been much debate about what Element of Harmony Sunset Shimmer should be. Well here are my thoughts on the matter.

While I like video games, they aren't a big hobby or obsession of mine. I watch a few gaming Youtubers, but don't play a lot myself, and don't try to keep up with them or get the latest. The last game I bought was a physical copy of Stardew Valley for X-box one, which I had already bought online downloaded before. I'm sharing this information to kind of give a sense of where I'm coming from.
Okay, let me say this one thing: Rainbow Rocks is one of my all time favorite movies. I also enjoyed the first Equestria Girls, and the trailers seem funny enough for Friendship Games. However, I feel that FG will be a letdown. Why?
1. The story seems to be simple and unoriginal- everyone's seen movies about rival high schools, and most movies don't exceed expectations

This is a popular head cannon in some circles. Honestly I just don't see it.
If anything, given the send off they give Pinkie, I think they apprenticed her off so she could live out her role early because they were so excited for her.
And her overly peppy act, hiding her sadness and other emotions, is her poor understanding of trying to live up to her Cutie Mark.

And I know I say that a lot in order to make people understand why they shouldn't ship hate (it's fucking rude, don't do it somewhere someone who enjoys that ship will see it, that's just a dick move), but I'm being legitimate this time. Actually, for one of the ideas, I might need to rewatch Rainbow Rocks, but I'm fairly certain I'm right. Though, considering the only definitive character trait we were given about the Dazzlings as a whole was that they were evil. Still, I wanna play around with an idea... I'll have more on it sometime soon.
