Why I don't think I will enjoy Friendship Games as much as Rainbow Rocks · 2:06am Sep 26th, 2015
Okay, let me say this one thing: Rainbow Rocks is one of my all time favorite movies. I also enjoyed the first Equestria Girls, and the trailers seem funny enough for Friendship Games. However, I feel that FG will be a letdown. Why?
1. The story seems to be simple and unoriginal- everyone's seen movies about rival high schools, and most movies don't exceed expectations 
2. antagonists- yes, Crystal Prep is a rival of CHS, but they as a school don't seem to have any magic, unlike the Dazzlings or Sunset
3. wth happened to the dazzlings? 
like seriously? what are they doing during this movie? are they dead? back in equestria? in another world? whaaaaaaaat 
4. WILL THERE BE ANY PONY TWILIGHT? ANY AT ALL?
I am NOT looking forward to a movie without any actions taking place in Equestria, especially if equestrian twilight won't be in the movie at all 
5. without pony twilight... THERE WON'T BE SUNLIGHT! yeah maybe human twilight and sunset, but they won't have the same background and bonding opportunities 
buuuuuuuuut.... I STILL AM GONNA WATCH IT BECAUSE HEY, NEW MLP MOVIE! 
and i get to see more of my waifu
The movie is actually about how magic functions in the human world, and how other schools react to rumors about Canterlot High having a supernatural history. Magic gets dragged into the games and chaos ensues. The school rival thing is just a setup for the bigger plot.
I'll just lol at the tags...
So, you're ranting about a movie you haven't seen being horrible... Okay then
I'm not saying it's going to suck
I just have a feeling it won't really compare to Rainbow Rocks
However, I'll just have to wait and see
