We couldn't have asked for a better end to MLP.
I saw it before it aired on TV in the US, so I'm ahead of the curve. I won't spoil a thing, though. I care too much about you all to do that to you.
The theme here is definitely a Chiasmus kind of poetry, and for my friends who don't know what that word means, it means it begins and ends the same way. It's found in the Bible a lot in scripture verses, for example. There's nothing scriptural in this last episode, though.
The closing song is a heartjerker. (A portmanteau of heartbreaker and tearjerker) Not sad, though. Joyful. Remembering everything you all went through.
This episode does confirm a few ships, though, that A Man Undercover might not be happy about. That's all I'm saying.
And now I'm going to keep all of that out of my mind to work more on A Rather Large Adventure. Its lore is significantly different than the show's because it was written and planned all the way out in 2017. Hopefully you all don't mind.

From what I saw only one ship was actually confirmed explicitly, and it was one most people expected so I doubt it will be a problem. Any other ship was mostly just implied but still leaves room for doubt if you aren't on board.
I did like the finale overall though. There are certainly worse ways to end a series.

They by God better not be shipping Starlight with that nerdy freak I think is only good for killing off in stories....if they do I will go on the same thoughts that Quibble Pants does with anything beyond the first trilogy in Daring Do, I will refuse to acknowledge it. I will stick with Starlight x Trixie forever.

Thanos was at the bottom, crushing Peppa Pig's skull in his big, meaty hand. Then he added the pig sausage to his inventory and began to mine diamonds with the Diamond Gauntlet. He wasn't even bothered by our suicidal charge down the mountain. He just snapped, and we all vanished. Then he played Pumped up Kicks on a stereo and used the Reality Stone to conjure up an AK-48, the superior version of the AK-47 that Area 51 was hiding, and Thanos shot up the school on Titan that bullied him.

I think we can pretty much safely say that AppleDash and FlutterCord are not canon. All we really got going on between the characters in that episode was just Applejack and Rainbow Dash arguing about chores, which hardly gave implication of them being a couple at all. That, and hardly anything went on between Discord and Fluttershy to imply that it was canon either. All we saw was just Discord dropping Fluttershy off to Canterlot and giving her a bag (which can pretty much mean that they were having one of their usual tea parties) and Discord helping Fluttershy out at the sanctuary.
