Teaser of Something to Come · 5:18pm Jun 29th, 2015
Time is not a luxury. Eternity is never free. All souls live, all souls devour life to live, and all souls die eventually. Many are the few who understand this. But, alas, we are only mortal and so great in number are the unfortunate. All are the same in the flow of time. Through smoke and fire, hell and brimstone. To meet an end at destiny requires visions of the past. Long is that trek, but regardless... Everysoul need not go at it alone.
*Edit: Yes there is actually a puzzle here, just not where it appears to be
I can see a mirror universe and the colors make me think of Guidorah vs Gigan, Irys, and Megalon.
I'm guessing a chapter that revolves completely around Bagan's minions.
Could it be a part of a prophecy of an ancient being trying to save Equistria and a new threat is coming?
I hope you finish Baby madness before going to the next part of the plot

Oh of course I will, no worries
Whenever you give us one of these cryptic messages my head hurts.
Quick assessment:
The top and bottom are not mirror images, but are rotated around the center; note which side of the free standing structure the figure is on.
While the structure on the bottom seems to be in good repair, the one on the top is a ruin. Also note what appears to be smoke “rising” from the top structure towards the center.
The figures are completely dissimilar, as are the contours of the landscaping.
The silver/gold radiants are reminiscent of the ones from previous clues, representing Monster X and Kaiser Ghidora. Since the top figure is about as dissimilar to the later as the bottom is to the former, this may be intentional. However, neither figure is even a fair match, so that part is only unsupported guesswork.
The title is a string of placeholder characters, so there is no evidence that this even means anything.
The text might suggest tragic ends and friends coming together. It could as easily, in view of the lack of title, be a bit of mourning for the real life passing of a loved one.
… I'm going to wait until more is revealed before trying for any interpretations. If there's one thing I've tried to pick up the the four decades plus I've been around, it's patience.
That one statue or something in the grey reminds me of the kanohi ignika

Please don't let me be the only person who knows about this...

While it's not Bionicle related, rest assured you are not alone. I had a bunch of those as a kid.
3192148
Yay!!! I'm not alone and spent my childhood alone!!
I'm fully aware of the fact that it isn't bionicle related, it just reminded me of that
From what I see is that the grey part has some sort of machine and in the opposite part that is red, is a destroyed version of the thing at the bottom.
The colors of white and yellow...I can't help to think it has to deal with Monster x and King Ghidorah or monster x and kaiser Ghidorah.
5 minutes later...
Now that I look at the opposite sides again, I have a feeling that instead of the thing as I said before was a machine, it could be a building.
So my 2nd guess is that because of the building that looks fine in the bottom and destroyed in the top part, we may have a back story to monster x and the culture of the xiliens before whatever force destroyed their civilization.
3192042
3192081
Excellent.
I look forward to “ The Equestrians Strike Back” (or whatever the title is; you don't have to keep a Star Wars joke running.)
3192224
You know, between King G's knowledge and Kaiser G's memories, with Aria's song bringing up the later, it's entirely possible the next bit will include a flashback to Controller 11's death and Kaiser G's first manifestation.
… Arrive on this Earth months before Gigan's first appearance, and I still suck at patience.
3192243
Possibly.
I've always been interested in what monster x's wife would like. It's been bugging me ever since I've read Time and Isolation.
And also to include what happened to the xiliens.
Odd observation; the light that would seem to be the logical center point of the image is offset a fair bit to the left. Are we kept from seeing something important on the right side of the image in the darkness?
Right. I should stop looking at this thing, and re-watch Lullaby For A Princess.
BTW; in this continuity, when Twilight used that potion to view the past and watched Luna's fall, did she see what she did in the series, or the fight from Lullaby?
3192499
I'd go with Lullaby's version, just because I like it a bit more.
The image and the accompanying text remind me of the poem "Nothing Gold Can Stay" by Robert Frost. Mostly the similar theme of lost innocence and how all things inevitably come to an end.
Whatever this is teasing, I suspect it will hit many people right in the feels.
3192184 Bionicle always confused me as a kid, and it still doesn't make much sense to me now...
I always thought of this whenever I saw a Bionicle commercial as a kid:
"HOW THE HECK ARE THEY LEGOS!!!"
I only had one Bionicle set, and I lost a majority of it over time, even now, after once seeing one Bionicle movie, I still don't see how Bionicle fits in the LEGO scheme of things...
By-the-way...
3192081 Yes...Yes...YESSSS!!!!
Continuing the story, keep it up, I am quite anxious to see not only the end of that little crisis, but also the climax of The Bridge...That long awaited final battle...
3192717
I can understand how you don't understand the story much. If anything, it got a little confusing even for diehard fans. I, along with a few others, know a lot about the story and kept some track with it
Okkkk...
Since the picture is the first in what I'm assuming is a series, the clues given are merely the beginning.
The two shapes within the angled spaces look to me like a sword stabbed into the ground, next to a stylized Shinto Arch. Their degraded states in the top parts would seem to indicate a duality, one state being orderly and productive, the other chaotic and destructive.
The color beams reinforce that to me, with the lower portion color combo indicating Monster X, who is at least coordinated and stable. The top half is Kaiser Ghidorah's colors, the background of the angle indicating fire and ruin.
But there seems to be much more to come.
3192810
Oh I know, it wasn't meant to be code. It's me trying to throw people off. But as not to be a jerk, I'll give it a proper title. Sorry guys
3192840
a bunch of squares. All I did was type [ and ] repeatedly
Okay. After reading the description, It made me think hard on this one. The top represents "destroyer", the bottom represents "savior" from the looks of it. The colors around the two are black, white, and gold. Black and gold probably meaning Keizer Ghidorah, the bottom probably meaning X. My guess is the chapter will be delving into his mind. But that's one of my guesses.
My other guess comes from when I first read it. My first thought when I read " All souls live, all souls devour life to live, and all souls die eventually." This one line made me think about one monster that fits this description, Ghost Godzilla. I know, I know, their is no way in hell this would ever happen but hey a fan can dream eh?
I am not even going to attempt to figure this out, I always seam to do terribly on things like this.
I see that in the picture the silver and gold clash, brilliantly at that, which makes me think, like others, that it's X and Keiser or X and Ghidorah. I assume the former as stated by others, gold is in ruin whilst silver is pristine. In the poem taking the capital letters in order spell "Team Battle" don't know if you planned that or not but still. Can't wait for the next chapter Tarb!
3193353
GET-READY-FOR-THE-NEXT-BATTLE!
3193923
Team battle?
I don't know what your planning on doing for the next chapter tarbs, but now you got my attention
More Monster X and Kaiser Ghidorah story? Sweeeet. ^_^
I'm quite curious about the details of that procedure that transformed Praetorian Guard 094. And a team battle? Whenever that phrase is used in connection with Godzilla, it's always epic. :D
3193923
I looked over the text, and found the “Team Battle” clue. I also saw the note that the clue is where we're not looking. Was that a “we are looking at the picture and missing the clue in the text” or “the clue is hidden in the subtle gray areas and darkness of the image?” To be honest, the TV I use as a monitor only has so-so contrast; good enough for my so-so vision (especially from six feet away; I have an odd set up) so any clues hidden on the right half of that image are lost to me
