Thanks to my lovely assistant Nightmare Nyx, we now have the physical representation of one of my ideas given to art form. Now we only need a name for our new... Friend.

Pippa?

I feel Pippa would work.

Either "Pippie/Pippy" or "Pippa" would work. In any case great idea and good picture.

Keeping with the britishisms, Pish Posh.
Keeping a Pip in there, Pippa Dot.

Pippy

Pipsqueal I think that's how you spell squeal anyways short sweet and blah.

I like Pippa, but the only thing I could come up with was "Estella," since I first saw the name "Pip" in Dickens's Great Expectations, and Estella was the female love interest to Pip in that. That sounds a bit too frilly, though, so maybe the name of another girl in the book, "Biddy," would fit better?

This is what happens when you're going for a degree in English in order to increase your writing credentials. If you don't want to turn into a hardcore bibliophile who overanalyzes every last word of something, consider yourself warned. If you're like me and love this sort of thing, knock yourself out.

To hear all... is it a blessing or a curse. Sooooo many critics and trolls are to be heard. :trollestia:

Yet, there are those who truly appreciate the work of a grand author... even if they are only withheld to a fan fiction site...

I don't have an English degree (mine's in engineering, in fact), but linking 'Pip' back to Great Expectations is what came to mind for me first, too. Though he was 'Pipsqueak' and only nicknamed 'Pip' - so perhaps 'Stellar' for the feminine version, to call back to Estella without giving up the pony naming conventions entirely?

I like "Stellar" a lot, actually. That'd be a cool name.
