I don't think everyone fully comprehends how generous Greenpony32 is, as he has just shown me two new comissions he had done. Can you guess which shipping he thinks Dawn is going to get in Dash of Humanity 2?
(poor male Dawn, he's just not nearly sexy enough to get the cuddles.)
And of course, Dash isn't too thrilled to find out.
I started a new gallery of DoH2 fan art which currently has 5 pieces (six counting my current avatar when I get the link.) I'm so excited and happy to have fan art being done. I never thought I'd be able to get popular as a fan fiction writer (black mail and extortion helped.) Now, I get my own fan art of a totally not a self-insert OC?

The fanart has only made my liking of female Dawn skyrocket.
That first one looks really amazing. I wouldn't be surprised if you used a cropped version for your avatar.

That male Dawn is totally awesome. I thought the pink in his main would be way more vibrant and that they where at the roots. So color gradent from hot pink to brown which I didn't think looked good but that look in the pic is freaken SWEET! Didn't think he got his cutiemark yet but I still think it will be as a pony nurse. It would be really cool to see him working with Redheart in pony medicine. I'm fairly sure that has never been done before, at least not well.
And I am totally still holding out for Dawn and Dash but I think Lyra wouldn't be too bad for him though him spilling his secret like that felt like a mistake. Still totally looking forward to more.
I thought I remember at the beginning of the story his mane was green and blue not pink and brown...
To be fair you ended making Dawn fully female in the first fic, sacrificing his masculinity both for Dash and Scootaloo and to save Equestria.

That was my earliest drawing of him by Jaestring. Back then, I didn't know the first thing about color. I let the next artist pick the colors from a palette TypewriterError helped me develop, and 20% cooler Dawn was born.

Yeah, the pink to blonde gradient was a nice touch. It's fun seeing how different artists draw him. The charcoal is my favorite for male, and now that Dawn x FS is my favorite female. My avatar is really sexy too though...

Nothing is up... but for drawing purposes as an OC he already has a cutie mark, as a character he'll have to earn one. I'm not saying he got a caduceus on his butt because he was a nurse on Earth or anything. The fact I spent five years as a Hospital Corpsmen definitely isn't part of the reason, either.

Okay, i was thinking keep Dawn male because I guess making him female on top of everything else that's happened to him just seems like kicking him while he's down; but after seeing Don next to Desire (that's what I'm gonna do to distinguish between the two, seems easier than saying Male Dawn/Female Dawn all the time), I gotta say I kinda prefer Desire in terms of design. Maybe it's easier to see a lot of that shade of red than it is to see so much of that shade of blue, maybe it's that the blue highlights look better than the red, maybe it's that I like Desire's hairstyle better than Don's, or maybe I'm just soo many different kinds of biased to like the mare frame better than the stallion frame. I can't say why for sure, all I can say is that I prefer Desire to Don in terms of design. Thus spake a a faceless reader.

Huh, I think male-ifying this is the best color/style of Dawn. When I think about it, it doesn't really make sense that a pony named "Dawn" is blue.
I know that that image has his colors flipped, but from now on I'm just going to imagine that he looks like that. It works so much better. Also, between Dash, Dawn, and Soarin, this story has way too many blue ponies.

Valid points, perhaps Dawn starts dying his coat. It is a lovely set of colors, for a guy or a girl, but I had to go and get fancy color-swapping ideas in my head.
