Dear Princess Capri Sun,
In order to clear my rightfully earned reputation as Twilight “FATNAP”* Sparkle, I’ve decided to host a donation drive for the pitiful non-ponies of Ponyville. Never mind the implications that being a non-pony means you need help.
I will update you on our progress throughout the day.
Your incompetent tryhard,
Twiggie the Poo* FATNAP = Fuck Anything That’s Not A Pony
But I’m sure you already knew that.Love, Anon

So that's who, Cranky, Matilda, Applejack's cows, and maybe that one weird changeling? Ponyville isn't exactly a cosmopolitan hotspot...

Who, Kevin? He's not a changeling, he's just got a condition. Rude to bring it up.
and
are absolutely legendary names , was kinda waiting for the first to arrive but the second is just a pearl XD
That reminds me of where I work. There is a government minority health care thing here. I admit that it did greatly raise the health of the minorities in the area...at the cost of that dropping off the majority's health. Because, surprise surprise, the problem wasn't that they were being neglected, it was that more people from the population outnumbering them around ten-to-one needed medical aid than the people outnumbered around ten-to-one did. Truly shocking. Oh, and those people who needed more still aren't getting it because they're white and so giving them the aid they need instead of giving it to minorities with less commonly needed medical aid would be "racist". Truly amazing, it is, that a majority of the population would have more people needing medical aid that a minority of the population. Why, it's almost like a larger group has greater needs than a smaller group, but that would be racist!
Sorry for the mini-rant, but when people's lives IRL are being seriously affected, and even lost, for a stupid political "look at me and how not-racist I am" gimmick it gets my whitey-tighties in a twist. Especially when I work right across

It is amazing to me that people don't realize that giving special privilege to minorities (or groups that are oppressed) is still racist, even if they like the result.
The thing is, it is one thing to add rules to prevent certain groups from being discriminated against. That can be easily legislated, if not easily enforced.
But legislating something to fix a societal problem is practically impossible.
Here's an example. The wage gap between women and men. This is often cited as evidence that society is sexist, and among other things, I've heard as stupid an idea as a "man tax" to make sure the playing field was leveled.
There are several reasons that this wage gap could exist. Since absolutely no employer I have ever heard of pays women differently for the same job, I could imagine that perhaps less women are accepted into higher paying jobs, they are refused raises more often... or perhaps less of them are interested in applying for jobs that happen to pay more. I don't know, but I didn't exactly care enough to do research on the subject. A lot of thought was given on the morality of things, less so on being technically correct.
Regardless of the reason, or whether there is even a problem or not, any solution to a potential societal problem has to be in its nature societal. If less women's applications are accepted, giving incentives to hire women is inherently racist to men, as workers should be chosen based on merit, not sex. And likewise for pretty much any scenario I can think of. It should be a societal movement, not a legal one. It is hard to legislate morality.

It's because women are less-capable than men, and are more likely to sit around and yass queen with everyone, or fuck up the job.
