Nice but I thought chapters had to be 1000 words for the story to be apporved?

I'm a HUGE Mistborn fan, and I've gotta say this is off to an okay start. Although it is very brief, even for an intro.
I've been batting around ideas for a Mistborn setting MLP story myself, although many years after the story of the Mane6 and not involving any of the primary Mistborn characters.
I can already see you've thrown Vin in (presumably) with Twilight and her friends. There is a lot of pressure in that approach to get characters 'right' and not be completely cliche.
I hope you can pull it off, I will very much look forward to seeing more of this.

Hey guys, thanks so much for the feedback. In retrospect it was a bad idea to make this so short, but I'll get to making another chapter right now!

Love Mistborn, Love MLP. Looks like this will be a good fic

I must know what happens next. I predict this will be a great story.
Oh, but please, use paragraphs to enhance readability. :twilightblush:

Well, I made it longer this time. Hope you enjoy it!

I love Mistborn, and I really like how you wrote the intro. But Chapter 2 is hard to read. If your open to suggestions I would divide it into more paragraphs.

Okay, I will try to do that for chapter 3. (This is may be my first peice of non-school related writing. My longest for sure.)

Im sorry, but its still really hard to read with everything squished together. S:

This is a pretty good story, you should write more on this

A man walks slowly through a graveyard. Here, a handful of weathered and aged gravestones remain, forgotten by the world outside.

It is dark, cold, and misty, but the man is unaffected. He is burning Pewter after all.

He comes to a halt, then burns Iron. He is a Mistborn.

The ground quivers, then erupts as a metal slab is torn out of the earth itself.

He catches it, Pewter-enhanced muscles taking the strain without effort. He slowly, almost reverently, kneels down, setting down the tablet. He cleans it, and slowly, words begin to appear...

The man finishes reading the tablet. It suddenly cuts off at the bottom, and there isn't another slab.

The man stands slowly, tucking the tablet into a sack on his back.

His Mistborn cloak billows silently around him as he vanishes into the night.
