I was just wondering about the nature of the karts you mention. At first glance, I envisioned them like our go-karts here on earth, but in retrospect, on a track intended to enable supersonic pegasi room to move, I have to wonder if they're maybe a teeny bit quicker than a go-kart, to hold spectators' attention. Until otherwise corrected, I shall now envision things more like a 1965 Lotus T38. Because, pretty.

I was thinking more of the 1957 Cooper when I envisaged the karts, sort of at the beginning of the engineering revolution that F1 enjoyed through the late 50s and 60s when they were at their most beautiful, in my opinion (for the record, the Lotus 72 is my absolute favourite racing car).
