Thanks for linking. I still like your version better. While Broken Pinkie would be a good explanation for her Pinkamena side, I simply do not like the idea.

This doesn't mean your gonna quit your story does it? I'd still like to see where your story goes. Besides you really shouldn't give up on yours just because another person has the same idea.
You can still make your story unique to where people will still wanna read it even if it has the same idea. Take MLP, they manage to take such cliché plots and turn into excellent stories despite how much the plot's been done.
If you still want to continue this then do it, if you don't then we won't mind. I understand what it's like to start a story then decide you don't like it or want to continue it

2202101Hey thanks I appreciate the support! I'm not giving up on this story, though. I do think the author who wrote the other version executed the idea better than I did I'm not discouraged by it at all, if anything I learned quite a bit.

Now although I haven't given up on this story, I still won't continue it because I honestly just didn't think it through past one chapter and I'm working on what I think may be my best story yet! So be sure to read it. ^^
