Hitting "Tab" after every "Enter" is your only problem I don't think you used the "Indent paragraphs" button, so you might've pressed Tab a little too much every now and then. That's really the only problem this has.
Aside from a few grammatical issues, this is an interesting story. Pity it didn't continue--it reminds me a lot of a similar fanfic I wrote (and will never post 'cause it gets a bit too RariWorship at times).
