Olenia won against the Changelings, Chrysalis is presumed dead and the country lays in ruin.
Queen Velvet has tasked 16 Individuals, most of them Deer, with the administration and rebuilding of the Changeling Hives.
Will the Changeling lands enter a new era of prosperity and peace together with Olenia? or will the Administrative Council fail and the Changelings fall to infighting once again?

Hey, nice story. Just curious if Thorax and perhaps the queen herself are going to feature as characters?

Queen Chrysalis is not going to be featured, Thorax might appear in the future though.

I meant Queen Velvet lol, but thanks for the info

Ooh, since Olenia is a parliamentary constitutional monarchy perhaps Lahja could join or start an extremist party in the parliament, if her career in the army doesn’t pan out lol.

I am really enjoying this story. Keep up the good work. Really like General Onni as a character.

That would be Interesting, I definetly want to look more at political aspects of both Olenia and the Changelings in the future.

Also thanks for the kind words, I am really enjoying writing it.

So, a HOI4: EAW story; Where Olenia actually won against Chrysalis?

For once!

That's very nice to see.

Guess Equestria doesn't have to deal with a potential war with the Changelings anymore.

Then again, there is still a potential chance of either Nightmare Moon, or Sombra returning. Celestia being corrupted into Daybreaker due to something else. Or the potential threats of the Griffons and Stalliongrad.

I do hope Thorax joins the Olenian occupation, perhaps it could even lead to an Olenian led Changeling-Olenian Commonwealth

If she was honest with herself, Onni had grown on her. She considered him a... friend was the word wasn't it?
It has been years since shed last used that word even in her own thoughts. She had always been told in the media friendship was a disease and that it would wipe out all changelings if left undefeated.
Larxi wasn't dead yet, so friends couldn't be that bad.

Look what Friendship did to Chrysalis.
She was at the receiving end of it, and now look what happened.
This proves is something neat to have and to share.

"There have been reports of Groups that think Changelings, especially you, are being treated too well. Honestly I would love to watch you hang in the gallows with the other Queens."

Is that what happened to the other Queens? Like, all of them?
Or did they keep some arounds (even if with lesser freedom than Helvia)?

"To Ditrysium?" The Queen said thoughfully, ignoring the numerous insults thrown at her. "Very well I will be ready in two days."

Sending the Queen of Ditrysium to Ditrysium? She probably likes that idea.

Yesterday only a few hours after the official proclamation of the Federation of Changeling Hives the self-proclaimed Queendom of Sorth declared independence from the newly created Nation under the leadership of a Regency until a new Queen was found.

That wasn't entirely unexpected, but i thought they would wait until the situation had calmed down and more Olenians went back home.
Now we'll see how they deal with it, because if they do nothing the other hives may get ideas...

The next part of the report detailed Equestrian troop movements on their border with the Changelings Lands, the sleeping giant was waking. He had not expected the Equestrians to intervene in this situation, something or someone must have convinced them. Someling perhaps.

Hopefully Equestria has not decided to support a Changeling uprising against Olenia, because that could end badly for everyone involved.

Continuing through the report it concluded with the situations in both Vessalipolis and Tuhota, while Olenian presence there was much higher resistance was also flaring up, it seemed the only places were Olenian rule was even remotely secure was in Lyctissä and especially Ditrysium.

Maybe it's because they let the Queen of Ditrysium keep her title, which is being seen as a gesture of good will.

Yeah, that sounds like a cool idea!

11337234
The Queen of Lyctissä as well as the Queen of Sorth were captured and given a choice between death and cooperation, both chose death.
The Queen of Tuhota was killed in the fighting for the city and Queen Chrysalis is presumed dead after the fall of Vessalipolis.

Thorax will definetly be featured, how I will let you guess

Oooh, rebellion

Heh, the general staff scene reminds me of a game I played as the Thoraxian changelings. I was relatively new to EAW and not too experienced with hoi4. Equestria had stayed harmonic but I was suspicious of them, it’s a war game after all. So I got a non-aggression pact with them. Well after a few years of chilling Equestria breaks the non aggression pact and I freak out. I send my massive (at this point I had cored Olenia) army to the border and scrambled everything I had. Quickly took the focus to ally equestria lol.

Anyways that’s my story about how I panicked because Celestia broke a non-aggression pact with me. Just reminded me of the general staff

"Understood sir." Lahja could've killed him right now. There were probably more than ten generals in this room, doing basically nothing. Why was she sent back, not one of them?

Manntlerheim: "Because we both know they are useless paperweights, and we need the job to be done."
Lahja: "...Fair enough."

As far as she knew the Changelings had driven out the Olenian Garrison and declared an independent state, worrying already. But some first hand radio logs she had read up on during her train ride revealed the Sorthian forces to be much stronger than what she had to work with, realistically reinforcements would be needed but Lahja knew Olenia could not spare any.

If they just accept their independence they might avoid any conflict, but may also give the other cities bad ideas. What to do...

This changeling lands was definitely a noob player
