I really doubt i'll ever get around to playing every country in EAW to know who like half these characters were. Name remembering and just characters in general aren't my strong suit for when reading stories or even following along in animes. Names at least.

I will fully admit that I have put way too much time into EAW.
Considering Twilight is Twilight, Princess of Friendship and all that, while Vivienne Discret is a narcissist, if extremely brilliant, conqueror I don't see how they would match, unless it is for some sort of political marriage. But ships be ships.

And to, rather late I will admit, address your comment in full: Celly and/or Lulu being corrupted, while certainly fun, wouldn't have fit into the wholesomeness that this story is supposed to be.
And yeah, RariCord is a good ship. Nothing against FlutterCord, but most of the Rarity ships are rather stale and boring. As I said in the AN, I'll write a fic for them one day.
As a RariTwi shipper, I was internally screaming in agony the moment I realized there was RariCord shipping.
