Taking care of Aria

“I’m gonna make you some nice, warm, soup to make you feel better aria! Then later tonight, you can take your medicine!” Sonata said, with excitement.

“Alright Sonata. Like Adagio said, don’t burn down the house.” Aria said.

“I won't burn down the house, I promise.” Sonata said.

“How’d you even learn how to make soup, Sonata?” Aria asked.

“Well not too long after the rainbooms forgave us for what we’ve done, I decided to help kids, and make soup for them, when they are starving, and have nothing to eat!” Sonata said, with a large smile.

“Wow, that’s really nice of you, Sonata.” Aria said, with a half smile.

“Yep! The kids were so happy!” Sonata said.

“I’m sure they were.” Aria said, putting her focus back onto the TV.

About five minutes have passed, and Sonata walks over to Aria, sits next to her, and hands her the bowl of soup.

“It’s ready, Ari!” Sonata says. As she hands Aria the soup.

“Thank you Sonata, but.. Ari?” Aria says.

“Yup! Ari! Your new nickname!” Sonata said as she giggled.

“It’s strange.. But I like it, Sonata.” Aria says, with a smile.

Sonata lays her head on Aria’s shoulder, which causes Aria to blush, but thankfully, Sonata didn’t see. As they’re watching the movie, Aria finishes her soup, puts her bowl on the coffee table, and puts her arm around Sonata, Holding her close. Sonata nuzzles her cheek onto Aria’s shoulder. Minutes later, the movie ends.

“That movie sucked.” Aria said, as she grabbed the remote, switching through more channels.

“Yeah, it was pretty boring.” Sonata said.

“Would it be okay if we watched a horror movie?” Aria asked.

“Yeah, I’m a big girl. I can handle anything.” Sonata said, proudly.

“Are you sure, Sonata?” Aria asked.

“Of course I am, Ari! Like I said, I’m a big girl! I can handle anything!” Sonata said, Once again, proudly.

“Alright then.. If you say so..” Aria says, as she puts on the movie.

Sonata grabs the blanket that was already laying on the couch, and wraps it around her and Aria, then once again lays her head on Aria’s shoulder.

About 30 minutes into the movie, Sonata starts shaking in fear, because of the movie.

“Are you okay, Sonata? You’re literally shaking..” Aria says, with worry in her voice.

“A- Aria.. I think I’m scared. Like really scared..” Sonata says, tears starting to fill her eyes.

“Sweet Celestia.. I knew you would get scared. Lets go to bed, then. It's almost 12.” Aria says, getting up.

“Wait, Aria, you’ve still gotta take your medicine!” Sonata says, running to the counter to get the medicine,

“Oh yeah, I forgot I was sick, despite having this dumbass sore throat.” Aria said.

“Open wide!” Sonata says, as she shoves the medicine in Aria’s mouth.

“I could’ve done it myself, but thanks.” Aria says, with a smile.

“Anytime, Ari!” Sonata says, with a wide smile.

The two start walking to their own separate rooms, lay down, and tried to fall asleep. After a few minutes, Aria fell asleep. Sonata, however, couldn't sleep. She was simply too scared because of the movie Aria put on.

“So much for being a big girl..” Sonata whispered to herself. “Wait.. What if I slept with Aria? She wouldn’t mind.” Sonata said as she got up and walked up to go to Aria’s room.

Sonata quietly opened Aria’s door, and walked in, moving towards her bed.

“Psst, Aria,” Sonata said, as she was shaking Aria, trying to wake the other siren up.
After a few more shakes, Aria woke up.

“May I help you, Sonata?” Aria asks, in her tired voice.

Sonata found her tired voice very attractive as she blushed, but immediately shook it off. She waddled her two index fingers together. “Well, I’m scared. I can’t sleep. What if the scary clown eats me?!?” Sonata asks, getting very anxious at that thought.

“Well first of all, there would be no clowns in our house, for our door is locked.” Aria said. “Second of all, as long as you’re here with me, the clown wouldn’t touch you. Even if it tried, I would beat their ass.” Aria said as she started closing her eyes.

“Yes, I’m very glad you would defend me like that, but I’m still very scared. Can I sleep in your bed with you tonight? I’m kinda too scared to sleep in my own room.. Alone.. All by myself..” Sonata said.

“Yeah, sure. Hop in.” Aria said, as she scooted over to make some room for her fellow siren, Sonata.

“Thanks, Ari. I really appreciate this.” Sonata said, as she slid into Arias bed.

“Anytime, you little dork.” Aria said.

“Hey! I am a big girl!” Sonata said, as she giggled.

“Yeah, you’ve definitely proved yourself to be a big girl tonight.” Aria said as she giggled as well.

Aria was immediately ignored. She turned her head slightly to look at Sonata, only to see that she was asleep. Aria lowered her head, and kissed Sonata’s cheek.

“Good night, my little Sonata.” Aria said, as she drifted to sleep.

About an hour later, Aria was shaken awake once again.

“Psst, Aria!” Sonata whispered.

“Yes, Sonata?” Aria asked, extremely tired.

“I think there’s a monster in your closet, and it wants to eat me!” Sonata said.

“If I went in my closet and killed the monster, would you let me sleep?” Aria asked.

“Mhm, just make sure not to get hurt.” Sonata said.

Aria got up and walked up to her closet. Aria knew very well that there was no monster to be fought, or killed, so she closed the closet with her in it and pretended to fight the monster, and make sounds like the monster was dying, so Sonata would stop worrying. Soon enough, Aria walked out of the closet.

“Did you win the fight? Is the monster dead?” Sonata asked.

“Yes, I won the fight, and yes, the monster is dead. Can I go to sleep now?” Aria asked as she slid into her bed, right next to Sonata.

“You’re my hero, Aria! My brave, night and shining armor!” Sonata said as she wrapped her arms around Aria and laid her head on Aria’s chest. After that, Sonata moved her head up, and kissed Aria on the cheek.

“S- Sonata.. What was that?” Aria asked as she put her hand to the cheek sonata kissed, blushing a very dark shade of red.

“You know.. I felt you kiss me on the cheek first, Ari.” Sonata said, as she giggled.

“Y- you did?” Aria asked.

“Yes Aria, I did. I’ve been meaning to tell you that i’ve had a huge crush on you after the battle of the bands, but I never had the courage too.” Sonata said, as she rested her head on Aria’s shoulder.

“Well, Miss Dusk, you’re in luck, because I've also had a huge crush on you after the battle of the bands.” Aria said, giggling.

“So.. Does that mean your my.. Girlfriend now?” Sonata asked.

“Yes Sonata, you are officially my girlfriend.” Aria says with a big smile.

“You don’t know how long i’ve been waiting to hear those words, Ari.” Sonata says with the goofiest smile.

Soon enough, Sonata leans in to kiss Aria on the lips. Aria notices this, and also starts leaning in. they were a couple of inches away, until something snapped in Aria’s head.

“Wait Sonata! Don’t kiss me on the lips!” Aria says.

“Aww, why not?” Sonata says, as she pouts.

“I’ve got the flu, remember?” Aria says.

“Oh yeah! Sorry, I forgot.” Sonata says.

“It’s alright.” Aria says.

Sonata leans in, and kisses Aria on the cheek. “Night, Aria!” Sonata says, wrapping her arms around Aria’s waist, and resting her head on Aria’s chest, allowing the two to cuddle.

“Good night, Sonata.” Aria says as she also wraps her arms around the other girl.

About two weeks have passed. Nothing changed really, Sonata and Aria cuddled the whole entire two weeks, watching silly movies that both Aria and Sonata could enjoy. They were gonna call Adagio to come home, and come out to her, because Aria was already better, and no longer sick.

“Hey guys, your favorite leader is back!” Adagio says, as she walks into her house.

“Well you’re our only leader, so we can’t really choose who’s our favorite since we only have one.” Aria says with a smirk on her face.

“Yeah, yeah. Whatever.” Adagio says, as she walks over to the couch, sitting down, and turning on the TV.

“Oh yeah, Adagio! Me and Aria are dating now!” Sonata says, very excited.

“Wait, y’all are?” Adagio asks, taking her attention off the TV.

“Yes, yes we are.” Aria says, as she wraps an arm around sonata’s shoulders.

“I really saw this coming, but I’m very happy for y’all.” Adagio says, with a sincere smile on her face.

“Wait, what do you mean you saw it coming?” Sonata asked, raising an eyebrow.

Well, you see, me and Sunset have always shipped you two, and we’ve literally been waiting for y’all to start dating. It was just painfully obvious that you guys liked each other. Y’all are literally soul mates.” Adagio says, bringing her attention back onto the TV.

“Hm, interesting.” Aria says, with a giggle.

“Well, now that you’re finally better…” Sonata says before she grabs Aria forcefully by her coat, and pulls her into a kiss. The two girls were making out behind the couch, and Adagio clearly didn’t know, because her eyes were glued to the screen.

The two girls pulled away after a while of intensely making out.
“I love you, Aria.” Sonata said, as she pulled her into a tight hug.

“I love you more, Sonata.” Aria said as she hugged her back.
