I am the Devil who punishes the sinners. I will tear my way through those who dare cross my path and create a brighter future for those suffering. Sometimes in order to fight evil, one must become evil in order to do good for others.

There is a fine line between justice and vengeance.
Geeze got me tearing up at the last part but a I was reading this chapter this particular song kept playing in my head.
It's hard to say which one is right and which one is wrong. The Caribous have done horrible things to the entire world and have sold themselves to the Seven Deadly. The males that willingly joined them in this excess have betrayed their kind to this depravity and deserve punishment. Phill does have a point. In the last chapter we found out that not all of the Caribous joined in this twisted mission. Maybe there is a chance to save a few of them, but something like this is like an addictive drug. Once you start you can't really stop, even with help like Phill provides, some are just to far gone, which is were Lock comes in. If my memory serves me correctly, the punishment for treason is death, but even the blacks of hearts can be turned if given the opportunity. When things are given in absolutes, you miss some things. Lock is potential missing those that can be redeemed, and Phill is potential missing those that are just too far gone.
Well, regardless of what happened between the two of them, the next moves are pretty obvious. The taking of Manehatten, dealing with this King of Ponies, and find Fluer and telling her what happened to Fancy.
On a side note, I have a few ideas on who this supposed "King" is. My money is on, if he hasn't been mentioned in this fanfic yet, Blueblood being the King. That is however, the obvious choice. Just like how we all thought the Flim-Flam brothers were traitor.
Great work keep it up
I am hoping that the King of Ponies doesn't end up being Big Mac.
The king of ponies suspisously sounds like an equestrian version of the Kingpin of Crime.
both are wrong and right for one brush and not paint all pictures
Phill does remember that Equestria is ruled by Celestia and Luna right?
And the same with other rulers
Also, he probably doesn't know that but all countries will probably side with Lock
From their perspective, Caribou are invaders who raped and enslaved them.
They don't care about the god and angels, because they are from a different world and have different beliefs but believe in hell and the Devil that will punish them for their sins
Both, cause they are the examples of human nature. And only both can defeat a greater evil than the devil himself. Between the forces of good and evil, there is always a third player to overthrow balance between both sides. Lock, and Phill are that balance, Lock is strong, and Phill is humble, but through corporation will the world be restored. If one above the other succeeds alone, than the balance would be broken. Lock's role is to make the ones responsible suffer not only for their crimes, but to pay the price that was given to them that is now owed. And Phill's role is to restore Lock's heart, and save those chose to repent and leave their dark ways to join the light. It won't be the devil or the angel alone that ends this madness, but both of them.

Honestly, the first I thought was Big Mac.
He's missing, last seen in las pegasis, if I remember correctly, and the King Pony goes by Mr M. M as in Macintosh? But that's just my thoughts.

The evidence, in my opinion, doesn't bode well.
BIG FEELS FROM THIS CHAPTER everyone deserve a second chance but I will follow Lock because second chance are usually wasted for most beings do not fully change they will show the side you wish to see but not the one they truly be
Feed both choices to a single goal.
Even when bros disagree with one another, we never stay mad at one another long, it is only when that trusted bond breaks.
