Thanks for the comments/reads! Yeah, I completely forgot about the river when I pictured this in my head. Thankfully, an official map has shown the river to the south, and the mountain to the northeast! So yes, dumb luck is my friend.

I'm really sorry about the long delay on this chapter! I really want to thank the few people who messaged or commented about new chapters for this story! I hadn't touched it in a while and was honestly tempted just to toss the whole project aside for good. I'm really glad there's at least some people who like it! I'll try to get the next bit out faster, but with classes started back up it will be a bit tighter to find time to work on it. Thanks for reading so far!
