The doors leading to the Castle burst open to reveal Duncan’s personal bodyguards, the beige earth pony Pen Stroke and brown pegasus Tesuu, carrying a giant cannon!

Pen Stroke
I see what you did there! I also like Pen Stroke's stories, especially Past Sins!
Damn, this chapter really got me in the feels. Anger made a heroic sacrifice to save Indigo Breeze and had to be captured just to prolong her life. Then, Creativity's Alicorn magic overloaded, so she placed the part of herself that made her Creativity in a capture device before flying up high enough that the explosion she would cause would not destroy Canterlot.
I only have two questions.
1. Where was Lust? 2. How will Princess Celestia regain her Alicorn magic?
1818732 Don't worry, I plan to deal with Deceit next.
1819016 That's the power of love for ya, it can make even a pony like Anger be a hero. As for Creativity, well she's no sore loser. To answer your question, Logic gave Lust and Morality time to finish anything they want to do before they rebuild Twilight, so they're probably still in Canterlot. I'll explain how Celestia gets her Alicorn magic back in the next chapter or two.
That was one badass smackdown, just as expected. Derpy's arrival felt like it was jammed in there kinda hard, like she just showed up to deliver a deus ex machina. It didn't fix everything, so it technically wasn't a deus ex machina, but it did slow things down a lot.
Now the second-biggest question is: how will Twilight function with a crucial part of her psyche missing?
Also, there's still one fragment that hasn't been accounted for: I don't recall you mentioning Insomnia's capture.
1830418 Derpy was jammed in there a bit (But you can never have enough Derpy )
If you're talking about Twilight not having her creativity than this should clear things up:
Creativity’s horn sparked and a capture device appeared next to the Alicorn. Her horn glowed harder and a tendril of magic fizzed out of it and impaled itself into Creativity’s chest. The Alicorn cringed and clenched her teeth from the pain her action was causing, but eventually she was able to rip out a ball of glowing yellow energy. The Alicorn placed the ball into the capture device and soon the triangular tool glowed yellow. Creativity tossed the device to her sister, landing it in front of her.
Using her all powerful Alicorn magic, Creativity was able to pull out her Essence of Creativity and place in a capture device for Logic. Creativity is many things, a sore loser isn't one of them.
Creativity either survived or the original Twilight is back by some weird means.
I'm sad the story seems to be coming to a close........except I can only wonder where is Deceit. I'm pretty sure it is still at large. lol
1818474 Or it could be a completely different pony.

1831901 Okay, that clears things up. From the sound of it, I thought she had improvised by using the capture device to contain her Alicorn powers.
1832104 The question you should be asking is who is that pony who's appearance at the end of the chapter left Logic speechless?
