Of the HuMane 7, I'd trust Applejack, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie in the kitchen. Not enough evidence if Sunset, Twilight, Rarity or RD know how to cook.

Here's a suggestion for a new 'skit'. Pinkie tests out her powers and it eventually ends in having her try using a can of soda with her ability with predictable results.

XD Leave it to Pinkie to give us laughs like this. And having Twilight as the second character for the setup makes sense because of her scientific mind. She likely would want to study the extent of their magic.
