Flashing Light more commonly known by his alias "Roaring Inferno" has been terrorising the wastelands for the best part of a decade where he has made enemies and he has made friends, but more importantly he has made caps because caps are what makes the wastelands life bare able.
(bearable) This is the story of his life from his childhood to his fame in the wastelands and how fame is the best and worst thing in the wasteland

I see that you are British. Stateside, we spell "terrorizing" with a Z. It dates back to the late 18th century. Noah Webster (creator of Webster's Dictionary , the first American dictionary) separated American spelling from English spelling. You Brits are the exception to Mark Twain's famous comment that "Foreigner's always spell better than they pronounce"

minor interesting Sci Fi fact
ICR who had a list of 5 novels & 5 short stories that even people who didn't read scifi knew (pre Harry Potter). All the novels were written by Brits, all the shorts by us & all pre 1960. I'm sure that's a deeply meaningful insight but No Clue Whatsoever what it means
