The Portal series leaps to mind. Especially the second one, because you could use the co-op mode of that game to put in another pony. You could even use some of teh Half-Life series puzzles.
808271 Portal 2... I haven't touched that game in a while but I'll try my best. And I wouldn't know much about Half-Life since I never have played it (even as amazing as it sounds).
But what to do with the other six left out ponies? I suppose I could get Twilight to cycle with the others, but that'd seem a little misplaced (imagine Applejack trying to solve an intricate puzzle, we'd be waiting for days on end)...
Or I could have them turned into Personality Cores like Wheatley. But would that seem cruel, turning ponies in talking robotic spheres?
