Seek out criticism and keep writing.

It looks like you have the beginnings of a real sense of humor, good.
But you still sound like someone who just started public speaking, really tense, and you don't really know what you're doing.

If you can set aside sexy stuff for a while, Ponychan is an awesome resource.

Ok, my initial feelings on this story were:

Don't get me wrong, I didn't dislike the story, it was just a bit too... weird.
But like 765125 said, you do seem to have a good sense of humor. I'll admit that this fic made me laugh a bit, at least where I wasn't thinking "WTF?". I think you should try writing regular or comedy stories for a while untill you go back to writing sex fics. I've never seen a comedy fic with sex in it before, so that might be something you could try.
