Twilight Sparkle catches an unknown illness after a trip to the Zebra homeland with Zecora, and ends up hospitalized while she awaits a cure.
With the doctors lacking a diagnosis, and her future looking grim, she relies on those she loves for support.

6303681 Well I certainly put more effort into this than any other story I've posted here thus far, particularly the only other one currently on my page.
This is indeed a touchy subject, and it needed to be handled with the utmost care. Basically, it's the one story that mattered enough for me to go back and re-read and revise over and over again, until I was happy that it read clearly and that I didn't go out and offend half of the internet.
Worst-case scenario would (hopefully) just be a few minor typos I happened to miss.
Love the story.
It really makes you think about the different possibiites there could be after death and it shows you what a great relationship Spike and Twilight have with each other. I hope you made a sequel showing the other's reaction to Twilghts death and her visiting there dreams but that probably won't happen. Either way I love your story and hope you continue writing.
