... and it seems I don't recognize anything. Huh. Last thing I remember is some speech about how their world is kinda doomed to Mandeville's lifespan. I guess I'll just have to scan backward until I see something I recognize and read from there. Still, great story. Still my top fave.
Cool an update! Welcome back. I honestly don't remember who the unicorn is that helped the team through the mines. Other than that I kno what's going lol
Damn, things aren't looking good for that fleet... Twilight and Co. better work fast to sort this out before things get worse, although there not exactly in the best position either. I'm really looking forward to seeing how this develops from here, keep up the good work!
4397949 It seems that way. Odd as it is, I haven't heard anything from this story for at least a year. I was attributing it to the video you were working on, but it seems Fimfiction must simply have been robbing me of the update alerts
Well, at least I have something to look forward to reading now
And I can read it at last. That only took about 21 hours.
Okay, sweet chapter, but I found a few things I don't think are quite right. (I also fell asleep about halfway through. Woke up with my computer on my stomach )
>Ponified Railguns Oh FUCK yes!
The turquoise mare in question almost visibly squirmed. “You’re telling me I could ride the lightning to goner-town strapped to some fey priss?”
You've just named four ponies, two of which we've only seen once in canon, and I'm having trouble recalling mental images. I have no clue which is the turqouise mare, and if she's the wonderbolt or the mage.
Fluttershy asked, indicating the small, green ball of light she had conjured to bob alongside them.
Um, I'm sure you're aware of this, or it was probably just missed, but that 'she' is technically referring to Fluttershy right now. You should give it some indication.
We’re utter shit at sprinting, but we can keep walking forever. Back in the paleolithic times, it was how we could hunt anything down. We chase it, it runs a few hundred yards, and we press on till it’s too tired to run anymore. Stamina is the one thing we’ve got outside of cranial space. And opposable thumbs.”
The simple fact that you keep bringing up odd facts I've always been proud to know makes me so happy. Indeed, beyond 5 miles, the only thing that beats a human for speed (on land) is a horse, and if you extend that distance to 100 miles, the human wins.
Cadance took a step back, swooning as if she’d looked over the edge of a sheer cliff. “Tossed into this labyrinth and you want to go looking for the minotaur?”
Kudos for the turn of phrase, but would Cadence actually know this reference?
>Dadmiral. D'awww
“One way or the other, it’s our best bet,” Corey told them. “Let’s move.”
UUUUUMMMM, wasn't Corey arguing against Twilight just a moment ago????
New words learned: (always exciting when that happens) Fey: - Being in unnaturally high spirits, as were formerly thought to precede death. Blanch: - To whiten by removing color; bleach
I keep rereading this over and over again and I still have no fucking clue who or what you're talking about.
It's Pinkie Pie, and she blew her enchanted horn so that a pony would feel the sudden urge to hug her, because she's been feeling decidedly less than great lately.

I was referring to Fleetfoot.

No, Corey was arguing against reasoning with CAIRO. He considers it more than worthwhile to locate CAIRO if it means shutting him down. He just thinks Twilight's fallen for the same ruse he suspects CAIRO himself is deluded into believing.
I'm really curious, are the dragons going to even show up? The ponies could really us the air support. There wouldn't be a chapter dedicated to convincing them if they wouldn't show.
Did Corey actually have "private study sessions" with ?
FINALLY!
reading at once

4397239 Wait... are you telling me you've missed every chapter update since chapter 12?
YOU???
That can't be, I must be misunderstanding something.
Cool an update! Welcome back. I honestly don't remember who the unicorn is that helped the team through the mines. Other than that I kno what's going lol
4398303 Plumeria?
She's from Chapter 1. She's the one who found Mandeville Arms and pointed the M6 in the right direction from the start.

I would keep reading. At least Chapter 11.
Trust me.
