Hmm. I was promised something along the lines of Cupcakes, and I'm sad to say, this didn't deliver. Quick read, incredible potential. If the chapters are extended, and more time put into perhaps the torture of some of the ponies, this would be an excellent read. I just feel the plot progressed far too quickly for a fic of this particular variety and short length. I would also recommend having some ponies pre-read and alert you to grammatical and spelling errors. They weren't many, but they were existent. Aside from those things, it's a pretty good read. Keep honing your skills, and you'll be quite the author!

I understand your sentiments. While Cupcakes was much more to the point, I spent too long playing around, and not enough time focusing on the torture. I preferred to try for something light here, but I came off as too soft, as I commented in the second book. I could see a rewrite of this, and I'm still not satisfied enough to send to EqD. However, I feel my approach had many advantages over Cupcakes. Then again, who can compete with a meme? No, 'new' writers like myself will need plenty of time before anything is accomplished completely. I appreciate your effort, and I think the warning is in need of a few new qualifiers...
