The Goddess of the Sun, Princess Celestia and the Goddess of the Moon, Princess Luna. Most know the tale of how the two eradicated the Draconequine race, but what they don't know is the third child born of the gods.
Yes, there was a third. A young prince by the name of Crestfallen. In place of his father, Crestfallen was given power over time. Therefore, upon his birth, his father cursed him with a relic known as the Clock Tower Eye. The power was unknown then, but now it will make itself known to Equestria...
For centuries, the bearer of the Clock Tower eye has been sleeping. Yes, sleeping. And now, after all the chaos time has brought, he is waking up. However, he will leave destruction in his wake. Therefore, the Elements of Harmony must travel to Trottingham to find this mysterious third and make sure he does not awaken...

Pretty good start. This story will be cool if you could update with the next chapter. Exposition was nice, and gave us a teasing amount of information.
I didn't like the Celestia/Discord pairing, but that's my opinion. I felt there were some "dry" points in the dream. For instance the dream sequence was vivid, but had too much information. Maybe start wirh Luna seeking Celestia and tell her the dream then which is treated almost like a flashback.
