Me? I'm just an average person who does whatever whenever. I'm not the most experienced at writing, but I try.

The Vanguard of Hell. Humanity's mightiest military as of 3182 Third Age (BC, or Second Age, ended in 6047 BC, and the year after was 1 Third Age, for reference). Their massive ships and their powerful, armored Vanguard Marines prove more than a sturdy defense against the alien hordes that want nothing more than to destroy us. When a Vanguard Mega-Cruiser, the VONS Ram Of Your Gates, crash lands on Equestria, drawing the attention of the hostile S'riiv'ya Empire, the confused human soldiers and the even more confused pony residents must learn to work side by side if either are to make it out alive.

Looks like interesting times ahead.

@Spc Jacko: Yeah, the Vanguard isn't exactly a uniform military, and putting them with ponies is just gonna make things go to heck.

This is good, good job with it

If you're into grittier stories, I'm putting one up now.

4172535
Post Exodus. It's waiting for approval. That is all.

4172536 Got it, I might write meself another fic whilst I wait for the muse for the one I am working on now to return from it's traipse into Narnia. That is all.

4172537
That is indeed all.
Ho! combining pony magic and Vanguard weaponry is gonna result in some seriously overpowered stuff.

4172547 As overpowered as Frank Horrigan that one time I broke his plasma gun with developer tools and gave it infinite ammo?

4172579
Probably. Magic-powered rainbow lasers that boom 'You just got dunked son' in an incredibly Northern accent thundering through the cosmos.
Wait, no, they already have that.
Something far more overpowered.

4172584 My OC civilizations, the Corporations, have far more OP shit than what you just said. They have self motivating machinery. Who needs power supplies when you broke the laws of thermodynamics?

4172596
Thermodynamics make the Vanguard laugh, once some aliens, the S'riiv'ya, bombarded a Division of Marines with superheated plasma that rivaled the heat and power of a sun and the Marines barely noticed. They and their armor suffered no damage. The Vanguard, on the other hand, once ripped apart a sun and demolished the system's planets with a single micro-supernova explosive that absolutely vaporized an alien war group. The blast barely scratched the Vanguard's shields. Also they have some rifles with fire using raw kinetic energy instead of propellants, so your two-meter thick reactive ablative armor is like butter.

4172610 The Corporations have ships so large that they warp the fabric of space-time by merely being. Others are so large that they cannot enter a universe without it collapsing entirely. And to top it all off, their armor is made of compressed universes arrayed in atomic patterns and overlayed with a quantum lock, surrounded by a probability neutralizing field. The shields themselves are pure nothing, anything that impacts them will cease. Period.

4172617
The Vanguard 'Type 6 Ultra-Cruiser' Vanguardis Dominatus is so ridiculously large they had to create a separate dimension with the help of their alien friends the Kalyrsa else this ship would cause the Universe to collapse and fire back off with such ridiculous force that it would not only shatter our dimension, but warp every other dimension around it, and collapse every dimension the Vanguard has visited. The dimension it occupies is well over 10 times the size of ours. There isn't even room to put a kitten in what's left. They don't even know why they're building it, maybe they can make something to stop complete dimensional collapse if it enters the Milky Way, or anything. Saying that, even if they did, gravity and physical mass would cause it to just ram and demolish an arm of the universe, or just collapse the universe. Don't even get me started in the guns. There are more guns then there are planets in the universe, and a ton of ammo to boot.

4172628 The outter most hull of Corporation ships is a nano-coating comprised of robots the size of the smallest particle to exist, and they contain the knowledge of every weapon inside them. The outter hull of Corporation ships and morph in any gun, any time, anywhere, and in whatever location you want. Throw in the fact that the largest of the Corporation ships, the Transcendent Will, is bigger than the multiverse, and is so large it has actually had images of itself leak into every universe, forming a religion after it called christianity. Now throw in an internal expansion ratio of 1,000,000,000:1, and you have the largest class of Corporation ship.

Also, the Vanguard is my most tame of universes. Or, rather, time periods. Almost five million years after MLV is the Exercitus, a military that operates purely on wiping their enemies from existence. Their standard assault rifle can wipe you from any and all timelines, any and all realities. Well over 10 billion years after that are the Isumakra, a giant military of massive humans (no, not augmented, humanity has evolved) that don't fight to assert dominance or gain territory they don't need, but purely to keep human space safe. And they do this by demolishing alien Militaries. The multiverse is as big as it is because the Isumakra science division got bored and collapsed several hundred thousand realities from multiple dimensions together and fired an AI with some blueprints at the resulting chaotic mass. The next day, they had a ship so ridiculously massive it exists outside of all of reality and creation itself, and could fit every single dimension, multiverse and reality in one of its auxiliary cargo holds. As for guns, it doesn't need them, it can warp you out of existing merely by coming within several centillion googolplex light years from the utmost border of your reality. It goes off fighting other existences.

4172652 Captain Overpowered. He can think your empires out of existence.
