The Police Station

It was a dark night and rough at Canterlot and there was a shadowy figure running across the roof tops. The figure put its back on a wall, then continued to walk across a nearby ledge. While on the ledge, it went past a window booming with lights and extravagant myriads of color. The light reveled it to be a dragon with purple and green scales, along with a black mask across his eyes and a blue hat, shirt, shoes, gloves, and a red back pack slung over him. As he perched himself over the ledge, he used his cane to balance himself casually. He looked over at the corner to see a sign that says: Police Station. He jumped across and on the sign, then continued to jump onto a nearby roof. When he landed, he pulled out a pair of binoculars.

"Spike! Spike! Can you read me?" A quick chirping voice yelped through Spike’s communicator.

"Yes, I read you Twilight. Loud and clear. Did I mention loud?" The dragon said.

"Sorry Spike, breaking into police head quarters does that." Twilight apologized.

"What are you talking about!? I am the thief hear! You’re safe in the van."

"Well just remember I am your I eyes and ears. To get, in use the air vent near you."

"Finally I will get my file form Inspector Applejack and get back what was stolen from me." Then Twilight’s picture was replaced by a pink haired girl who’s smile seems to run for days.

"Don't worry Spike, when you come out we will be in the van waiting for you." She said

"Just keep that engine running Pinkie." Spike said before putting the binoculars in his backpack.'Ok hear we go.' Spike thought.

He ran to a near by water tower and put his back and started to walk a cross it. When he circled around the tower he went and hit the metal bars that was preventing Spike entering the air vents.He walked trough the vents to be stooped buy security lasers.

"Be carful, Spike! One touch with one of those lasers and you will set of the alarm!" Twilight warned.

"Got it. Touchy lasers, bad. No touchy, good.” Spike said.

'Huh, there are platforms. I could land on them to get past the lasers.' Spike thought. He landed on all of the platforms, and when he got to the bottom, he found a gate that blocked his path.

"Don't worry Spike, I got this!" Twilight said. In a few minutes the gate that was blocking Spike's path was open.

"Thanks, Twi." He said while entering the police station.

"Inceptor Applejack's office should be red." Twilight said.

"She always fancied the red…” Spike said. He looked around for a while until he found a red door. "Found it, Twi."

"it is extra reenforced, so you better find a other way in Spike."

"Good, I hate red." Spike mumbled while looking around for a way in. 'Ha! a window.' Spike thought. He went on the balcony and put his back on the wall, then continued to walk over to Applejack's office. When he got to the office he conveniently found a safe.

"Ok Spike, go the safe and enter 3-5-1" Twilight said.

Spike sighed, then went to the sigh. '3-5-1...Such a boring combination.' He thought to himself as it opened to his whim. When it opened, it revealed a file which he immediately snagged, then placed his signature dragon-face mannequin inside.

"Spike head down the fire exit, then down the parking lot to the get-a-way van. It will be waiting for you." Pinkie Pie said.

"Sounds like tons of fun." Spike said. He walked over to the fire escape but only to be stopped by a laser blast from a shock pistol from a near by roof.

"Aw, shucks; I missed!" Shouted a southern girl wearing long jeans a black shirt.

"I was wondering when you‘d show up, AJ! You know that pistol really brings out your eyes." Spike said in a romantic tone.

"Very funny, little guy.”

"…That’s the best you got? Why not lizard, or snake? Little guy? Ha!” he said in a mocking tone.

"You know what? Lizard is a much better name for you. You still have to be arrested for what happened in Saddle Arabia!" She shouted.

"Well first you have to get me." Spike said before running down the fire escape.

AppleJack attempted to fire on the ‘Lizard’, however he proved to have the upper hand with his speed. When Spike landed on the ground, he saw the van with a lot of cop cars and a green van with its back open.'This is getting to easy.' he thought.

"You aren't getting’ away that easily!" The inspector yelled form a tall pillar at the parking lot. Spike only chuckled at her assumption and started to run towards the van. Spike went over the cop cars, avoiding the Inspector’s well-placed shots.

"I will get you Cooper!" Applejack shouted before the back of the van closed, then sped off.

Spike's P.O.V.

Finally me and my gang gave inceptor Applejack the slip. I climbed and sat next to Pinkie Pie who was driving and Twilight who was in the back of the van.

I showed our prize to them.

Finally with this file I can get back my family's most prized treasure. You see, I come form a long line of master thieves. We rote our skills down into an ancient book: Equis Deib. Whoever read it learned to be extremely sneaky. Because of it, we specialize in stealing form thieves because there’s no honor, no challenge, and no fun stealing form normal people.

On the night I was supposed to inherent the book, five visitors came unannounced at our door and they called themselves the Fiendish Five.

I was hiding in the closet with my mom's cane watching my family getting murdered. They ransacked the house, until they took down the picture of me, my mom, and my dad.

It had a safe behind it. They cracked it easily, and what they found in the safe was the one and only Equis Deib.

It got into their filthy hands. Those filthy, awful, grubby hands. I watched them split the book up and went all over the world to commit horrid crimes.

I was dumped at the town orphanage and that's where I met to ladies who would become my life long friends.

Twilight Sparkle: Magic, Technological and strangest supreme.

Pinkie Pie: Driver and Full-time party lover.

Together we will avenge my mom and get back the Equis Deib…Or fail and let my family name bite the dust.
