There is a contradiction here! Daisy never even mentioned her as appearing at the front desk!
Therefore, she was the thief!
Okay, a couple things i have figured out was that fluttershy's lie was how angel came with her because she was left at ponyville. This is proven in Twilight's testamony because her lie was when she bought a apple, again proven by sunshine buttersummers because her lie was... UGH TOO MUCH THINKING!
