one day Derpy and her daughter dinky where in there house making muffins when derpy's muffin sences start to tingle then out of nowhere the doctor shows up with princess celestia and tell her your mission if you choose to accept it is to find out what is happening to the worlds muffin supply and stop who ever is doing this. with muffins on the line nothing will stop this mare from completing her mission but on her way she finds a young boy who asks our determined derpy if she is on her way to save the muffins
