Gabby's job is delivering mail, right? So Spike can't understand why she says she needs help bringing a package to Mistmane, of all ponies.

Still, Spike's always happy to help a friend, and this time, he tells himself, will be no exception.

Inspired by all the Gabby and Mistmane stories we've had around here lately—see the Author's Note at the end for more information.

After a sudden flashbang, the two siblings- a brother and his little sister- are now on their favorite (the other's used to be) show at the start of the first episode starts.

Now, they must travel through the world in order to find a way to return home-

U-uh? What? You don't want to return home..? Oh… well, uh.

Now, the siblings are now going to make a living in this world so they can have their dream of a peaceful life.

This is tagged as teen because of the use of swear words, while I won't be using it too much I'll just put up the tag anyway.

Trixie thought this to be a simple question.
Trixie couldn't be further from the truth.

I mostly wrote this for fun and to challenge myself, but then I got a really deep thought and this was created. Now I'm all emotional.

I was originally going to do another story, but then I came up with this one and thought it was a much better story.

When your life is speed, there's nothing like a slow dance to throw off your groove. Luckily, Rainbow finds something else to occupy herself with in the meantime.

As nice as it is to now know how her parents fell in love, Apple Bloom has found herself wishing that it wasn't the only thing she knew about her parents. In fact, she wishes that she knew as much about Bright Mac and Pear Butter as Big Mac and Applejack do.

So Apple Bloom decides to take it upon herself to learn what her parents were like, by way of a secret search through their bedroom.

She has to find something in there that will help her. She just has to.

The day after Twilight becomes an Alicorn, she finds out there's no milk in the fridge so she decides to go grocery shopping. What could possibly go wrong?

Well...

Twilight is in freefall. She's now a princess, the ponies she thought were her family possibly... aren't. Her life has been upheaved in one fell swoop and she's got no idea how to handle it.

If there's a silver lining to all of this, it's that she's got a hyperactive colorful pink pony that'll stick by her side, no matter what.

Princess Luna can relate to her daughter. After all, a thousand years ago she was in a very similar situation herself.

Spring Twister is a Pegasus who's never had great luck, being flightless from birth, with life never really going up from there. It takes a lot of empathy and patience to raise a disabled foal living in the clouds, two traits her parents sorely lacked. The rest of the world has never been too great to her either.

Now she's 33 and stuck in the rut life put her in. It's not glamorous, and things aren’t going so great, but also not going terrible. They’re just going. It’s a slow night at the shop, not much to do, so Spring just started writing.

This is mostly for herself, but Spring would also really love it if somepony could finally understand her. No one’s ever really bothered to know her, and she hasn’t exactly tried to share. Maybe this is a manifestation of that frustration, unpacking the realities and emotions that come from a broken body and toxic home.

The result is an awkward, honest attempt at personal introspection from a troubled mare, recounting her life and what made her who she is today. Nopony worth all that much, nopony that interesting, or at least that’s how she sees herself. Still, everypony deserves to be understood, right? Even if the world has convinced her otherwise.
