Equestria; Twilight has received a new summoning book (screw originality) from the Princess, this book governs the summoning of demonic creations known as 'humans' the most chaotic ugly fiendish brutes from the other side of life. Twilight bucks up the first spell and summons two creatures instead of one.

Once upon a time, in the magical land of Equestria, a Princess fell to the Dark Powers. After turning into a wicked Mare of Darkness, her sister was forced to banish her to the moon.

In the dark woods of the Hollow Shades, a great wizard sacrificed himself to seal away the Eldrich forces that threatened to consume the world, trapping himself in Limbo.

Neither pony could feel the wind through their trees on their coat, nor watch the swirling, shining clouds of Luna dust against the starry night sky.

But they could still dream. They could still dream of each other.

Times changed. Fate, and the Magic of Friendship, at last decreed that their purgatory must end. The Wizard and the Princess were free to gaze upon the skies and shores and woods of Equestria once more. Neither left their prisons quite the same as they were when they entered.

Then one day, under Celestia's bright sun, they met.

The ponies of Equestria find themselves in the midst of civil unrest once more. This causes their leaders to come together to form the First Equestrian Congress. Together the leaders of these three tribes will make a new constitution that will implement equality and unity among Equestria as a whole.

The Congress in this story is based on the United States First Continental Congress which helped shape America just like the Equestrian Congress did.
