In the weeks following their last Unity Quest, the Mane 6 begin to piece together that Allura still may be a threat, just in time for them to go on their next adventure... an out-of-this-world adventure at that.

This time, they make new friends in the Muppets gang for an all-new, zany comedy in hopes of helping the Great Gonzo figure out the mysteries of his past... only to discover Gonzo's relatives are aliens on a faraway planet!

Gonzo gets a message through his breakfast cereal that his relatives are searching for him, but word gets out on Miss Piggy's talk show, UFO Mania, and an evil government agent captures Gonzo and Misty (who understands how he feels about wanting to figure out where you come from) and will go to great lengths to learn when the extraterrestrials will arrive... even removing Gonzo's brain and Misty's magic to get the answer that he needs.

Now, only the Muppets and their new Equestrian friends, led by Sunny and Kermit, will be able to rescue their friends and make it safe enough for Gonzo to reunite with his alien family!

Sometime after the events of the first TYT special: The Blockywockys, Allura, still mad at the fact that she and Twitch was so close to getting the Nova Charm, finds a way to get revenge on the ponies.

Sunny Starscout and Izzy Moonbow didn't think anypony was around in the old, dilapidated and rusted Canterlot when they managed to become alicorns.

Little did they know, however, that there was somepony around.

And little do they know, she's got big plans for them.

Her, and two other ponies who aren't too happy with the prospect of new rulers to continue what Celestia and Luna had done.

A side story to Solar and Lunar. Prior reading is not required to understand this story, but it is recommended.

Nova Shadow, a former student of Twilight Sparkle, tries to adjust to New Equestria, while living it out in a fragmented way such as masquerading as Opaline's brother and befriending Misty Brightdawn, while planning on finding a way back to Old Equestria.
