Feeling pretty much the same as yesterday, maybe even a bit better because the coldness mostly went away. The hunger went up a little, but still nothing tragic (although, I do think a lot about nice scrambled eggs, or juicy pizza... ).

Today is a really freaking good day.

After two 24-hour fasts and one 26-hour fast this week, I decided to do my weigh-in a day early.

I'm glad I did.

Six more pounds down, for a total of 23 over the past four weeks.

I'm down to 280.
