Feeling pretty much the same as yesterday, maybe even a bit better because the coldness mostly went away. The hunger went up a little, but still nothing tragic (although, I do think a lot about nice scrambled eggs, or juicy pizza... ).

No other negative symptoms... So, either my body didn't switch to ketosis yet, or... I was constantly in and out of ketosis for the past month since I started the diet and thanks to that the switch right now was barely noticeable.

So, it's been more than a day since I ate anything. Current effects are bearable and similar to what I went through when I started reducing my calory intake 30 days ago:

• feeling cold - especially hands. Drinking a lot of hot tea helps for a while, but coldness comes back fast
• moderate cravings for food - they're there, but nothing I didn't experience before

No, nothing happened; I didn't crash or anything - I was feeling the same as the day before. But tomorrow is a working day, and I didn't want any nasty surprises when restarting food

To summarize the results for those that are interested:

• it lasted for exactly 72 hours, but the cravings stayed constant throughout that period. It seems that continuing it past that point wouldn't be a problem
