Yup, new story coming! A while back I asked for a name for my main villain. I had lots of great submissions, and it was super hard choosing a name! I finally went with Dr. Greygor submitted by The Daring Cookie. I want to thank everypony for giving me such great ideas! It was super helpful. ^-^ In fact, for the grey/pink mare below, I will use the name Mechanical Method given to me

Well, here it is, folks! After more than a month of delays, I finally finished the first major action set piece in the Spectrum of Lightning!
I know I released the chapter yesterday, but eh, can't hurt to make a blog about it regardless.
Hello all!
Last week, I put out a blog post asking for questions from you readers, and a few of you responded! Below are your questions and answers.
themouthofmush asked: why haven't the main duo kissed yet? everyone wants to know.
Because good things come to those who wait, my loyal reader.
HolyCross9 asked: Where did Philip learn how to fight?
In the past, each tribe of Ponies developed their own way of controlling the sun and Moon (or making replacements). The unicorns just got there first.
The Earth ponies constructed a gigantic Stonehenge like structure to channel their magic through to move the sun and moon. Or rather, move the Earth itself around the other bodies.
So I was going through my library of published fics and realized something: none of them are sequels to another fic.
The long-awaited sequel/companion piece to Trouble in Tiatarta is going live!
This fic was recommended to me by a friend back in 2014. We actually recorded a podcast reviewing it. It was one of the first times I ever collaborated with TheLostNarrator, who has now been one of my best friends for many years.
It is also a cursed fic that took me many, many tries to successfully adapt!
Dear Bronies and Pegasisters who've read "Beethoven's Tenth,"
so here is a quick update on what is happening with my stories and just some random stuff.
Between recovering from vacation, some precarious events yesterday, and a doctor's visit today, I've had no time to update Pinkies Party just yet. The doctor told me to quit caffeine completely, get some better sleep, and try to manage my anxiety. This will probably result in me being very tired, and not in any mood to write for a while. (At least until I recover from lack of caffeine) Since I won't be able to update like I wanted , here's some other stuff I've done lately.
One hundred eleven upvotes. Approximately 2,100 views. Multiple hits in the feature box. All that's missing is a feature in Equestria Daily.
I really can't thank you guys enough for getting me this far. I couldn't have asked for a better readership.
To Change A Changeling
This was a really fun episode; the humor, the new character, it was all pretty entertaining. My only gripe is Starlight and Trixie thinking that Pharynx was a lost cause, but luckily it doesn't go unnoticed.
Overall, this was a fun episode!
