Hey, guys! I'm writing a whole new story with a whole new style. Though I need some opinion on it and how it's written so far in terms of style and prose. It's very unfinished, but I could still use some help on what to improve on with the new style before continuing. I need an outlet for my creativity as I've been told. I was second in line to get eclipse glasses today, and not only did I get a pair, but since I was one of the earliest in line, there were also pinhole projectors, phone camera filters for the eclipse, and 3d-printed souvenirs for the eclipse. They handed one of each to me.

Random Fact: before LEDs became prominently used in displays for household electronics like DVD players and stuff, VFD displays were instead used. VFD standing for "Vacuum Fluorescent Display". Basically, the panel was pretty much a flattened vacuum tube that glowed.
