Okay, I need to ramble a bit. Yesterday I was all nostalgic about Peter Madsen's works - more specifically his Danish comic series “Valhalla” that I grew up on. My Dad always been an enthusiast about our heritage as Danes, in particular the old stories and Myths about the old Nordic gods. And one faved medium to teach us these stories were through those comics, as the cartoonist behind them told the stories quite well, even with his own spin on them.
Now this is a story and it's not even tragic where we rediscovered that Friendship is Magic,
And I want to make sure there's nothing I've skipped, I'll tell you how we became known as the Ponies of Friendship!

Hello everypony! It’s me again!! You know, I bet that you guys wonder why I haven’t reviewed more of the recent MCU movies on these blog posts. After all, I do seem to be the only one who holds the Phase 4 projects in high regard. To quote Scott Lang himself though, “that doesn’t make any sense” as I only like to do reviews of the MCU movies I really love. Alright, so the third EG movie is just around the corner and I want to get a few things off of my mind. Let me start by saying that I haven't seen any of the trailers or teasers for the film. All that I've seen are the five shorts. I don't know anything about the third movie aside from the hidden scene at the end of Rainbow Rocks. I will be watching it almost completely blind (I saw a few screen caps from the movie but that's it.)
Is it just me or is the crystal map version of Charlie from Charlie's Angels who summons a couple of ponies to do some friendship quest kind of dumb? No seriously, outside of the first mission they went on the map is kind of dumb. The first mission they met up and broke up the pony version of the Orwellian town and restored individuality to the ponies there (at least for awhile). This was a good mission. It was a mission well worth taking. After that though, not really quite so
A unicorn overhears from a hunter that this is the last forest where a unicorn roams. Distrought and worried, she sets out on a quest to find what has befallen the rest of her kind.
A simple plot, but the movie puts it to excellent use. My thoughts behind the cut.
And I'm disappointed at the lack of "Raptor Squad in Equestria" stories yet.
You ever notice that when a year comes to an end there's this glut of people who will tell you it was the best or worst year ever. I mean they will literally sit there and get way too emotional about the previous year one way or another and stare at you with bloodshot eyes, smelling of patchouli and Old English and just go on about how they feel about whatever has happened that has led to this conclusion.
