This is sort of a repost. A long time ago, I helped out the founder of a group, and they gave me admin rights. So I wrote up a tutorial in that group. Barely anypony saw it. I thought it was worth copying it, dusting it off, and posting it as a blog, as others might be interested, and I think it was a good tutorial.
So here's my tutorial on how to make a group:
Well my farmer and the god story is moving along nicely! I should have the next chapter out either today or tomorrow! :D
I have also started work on my hero story, though i will not release the chapters before i have my cover picture or have maybe two chapters ready and the third well on it's way. Right now i am just writhing the prologue for it.
Anyway, back to writing.

Welcome back readers to another Monday entry of Being a Better Writer! I’ve just got one bit of news to talk about, and then we can cut right to the chase and talk about garbage.
So I have officially met the calendar bug when it comes to publishing or creating stories. That Is the bug that says your stories were published on 31 December 1969. It's not my internal calendar, I checked. It wasn't just a thing yesterday, I made a test story to check today. The only change is I'm working from a new device, maybe it's related to that. But it only happens on this site.
Or maybe I'm secretly a changling Time Lord!
In a conversation I had with a friend, a funny suggestion came up and I took it as a challenge.
The first draft, seven pages, is done. I'll have it up sometime either this weekend or next week.

When you need an OC, how do you come up with character names? I always feel like I struggle to create decent MLP names. For example, I'm doing a sort of sport fanfic where I'm trying to come up with two OC names for a sport commentator and sport analyst. It's harder than it should be. One character is a mare who runs a TV show that analyzes competitors and predicts outcomes. The other is an older stallion with forty years of experience in sport analysis. This has nothing to do with the regular content that will be on my YouTube channel. This will more be like the fan related content. I might start off with making fan-related stuff and slowly move up to doing original videos (which I have pages of notes about).
