I have finally finished the next chapter! I am just waiting for my editor to give it a once over and I will have it up and ready to go! "ABOUT TIME" *Flinch* Yeah sorry it took so long but between life and my muse's utter hate for me at times it took far longer than I had hoped to get this out.

Hiatus over. The story is back up. Chapter two is being edited and tweaked for its upload. in the meantime, i ask anyone who hasn't read it today who already read it that they may want to read over it again. i added, slimmed, edited, tweaked, omitted, and moved around some things that needed it. Bronycon was a lot of fun. The panels, downtown Baltimore and the harbor, and last but very much not least the people. Meeting folks who I've known so long online was quite a thing in and of itself, and for some of those people to be genuinely interested in me and appreciative of the comments I leave, it was a great experience. As the title says, I'll be pulling Departures out of hiatus on Friday, chapter updates should resume as normal, though there may be a couple delays in between. After Departures I have a collaborative project that acts as a follow up, though I don't have a release window for this.
