Greetings my fellow nudist and naturists as well as all those who stand with us in support of our stories or of our cause. This is Blake Skies once again announcing a writing challenge for the third and final party for Canterlot High has a Club about WHAT!? Yes that's right final, more on that later.
To tell the truth, the little I've heard of/seen of Season 6 so far (mainly random spoiler images and some articles on EQD about writers leaving) haven't given me a lot of confidence. Of course, I'm not going to judge a season before it starts, especially on such little information. I can only hope that I'm at least 50% wrong about my assumptions.
Just in case anybody missed the last blog, my reading of Aces High chapter 1 is public now, for those that want to check it out.

Alright, so picking up where we left off E!Spike approaches the Canterlot High version of Ditzy Doo to try and get her help. Yeah, he's got plans for how to loosen Sunset's hold over the school and make it clear that he's not just gonna fall in line for her, but there's still a ton about this world he doesn't know about (not the least of which being how to use the technology). Luckily for him, CH!Ditzy proves to be rather easy to win over. Revealing himself as the mysterious "Purple Prose"
I'm relatively convinced no one reads these things, but it's kinda satisfying to write them anyways. It's an easy way to organize my thoughts, and also gives me an alibi for when the police come skulking around.

Sooo, as you may know, my new fanfic - Fluttershy's Secret - is now out. At the moment, only Chapter 1 is up (although I plan to get Chapter 2 published either Friday or Saturday).
Ok so I like Princess Twilight and pony turned human Twilight. But I hate Sci-Twi or the real human Twilight. Is that weird? or do other people think the same. I would like to know what you think.
Didn't get nearly as much written as I wanted to last night. I've got about an hour that I'll be writing tonight. Hopefully I can get a large chunk of it knocked out.
(Note: This is an updated review to include a greater discussion of spoilers, and to elaborate on one or two points I could have made clear.)
TL;DR: Though far from perfect, primarily due to the rough-around-the-edges animation, High Guardian Spice does a wonderful job in presenting its fantasy coming of age story, building on common heroic fantasy tropes to great effect.

So you're all probably wondering what E!Spike is up to while CH!Spike is having fun in Equestria.
Well it starts with him getting to know the local police and their station pretty well.
As you might have noticed, I don't have Twilight or Sci-Twi in my fanfics so far. Well, Twilight is in Equestria, so that much can be explained. My fanfics however were developed before "Friendship Games, so I have not added in Sci-Twi so far, though I will have to sooner or later. Actually, adding her in my be easier than one thinks: in Friendship Games it's not totally established yet, as far as I can tell, that she's already in Canterlot High. I know this is super late, but whatever. I’m still up, and I feel like writing this. Wanted to let you guys know that Aces High chapter 4 will be posted in roughly 12 hours. No set time, but I think I’ll be posting somewhere in that range.

Alright, Spring semester officially ends for me this coming Thursday the 10th, then and about. Hopefully I'll be able to start dedicating some real time to the story again. At this point, I'm beyond ready to have a break from Calculus.
