Today’s chapter update is a little shorter and more slice of life, but it at least sets up a couple of motivations for a character that’ll come back in later. I’ve also updated some of the tags to better reflect the story, and the rating’s been changed because ultimately it didn’t really need a teen rating, which was just a holdover from its original incarnation. Featuring my OC, Rainbow Strike, I wrote a story about song-writing and romance intended for the ears of none other than a particular butter-coated shy mare. The lyrics mentioned in it are experimental lyrics of my own creation, but I don't mind sharing a couple of them. And, yes, before you comment about it, the other lyrics are a pony-ised rendition of a Blink 182 song, which I'm sure most of you have heard during a breakup, but I reversed it to make it sweet and lovey-dovey.
