I had intended to read these all the same day, as I usually do, and read other stories in the meantime, but oops, that didn't happen, so the next one'll be a little later. :B I cleared a good three collections today, though, including one that's been sitting around for a while!

For those fans of writing very short stories, check out Loganberry's Flashfic group and the monthly event. Entries for May are due in about 2 days, but that's plenty of time to write 150 words. They're great exercises in economy of words and keeping focused on what's truly essential to the story, the same reason I used to like the write-off association's minific rounds.
In the spirit of having enough stories to post a journal today, I went a little overboard and did another round of story collections. c.c It's been a while, I've added a couple, and I should probably do this at least once a month. I was able to clear four of them, however! But that's why there's a huge number of stories this time. Don't worry, most of 'em are under a thousand words! :B
