I'd Like To Ask For Best Wishes · 9:52pm Oct 8th, 2022
Next week is probably going to be the most nerve-wracking and stressful week of my entire life.
Next week is probably going to be the most nerve-wracking and stressful week of my entire life.
Hello everyone and welcome back to the question of the week.
Now here in the United States of America we are drawing near to Thanksgiving, a day instituted by president Abraham Lincoln to help remind Americans of all the blessings (including their nation) that the Lord had given them, which has sadly degrated into that one holiday before Christmas where you exercise gluttony and watch football.
I know not everyone here celebrates Thanksgiving, but I do have a question for you all.
It is done. Now you may ask.
Please submit any burning questions you have regarding Friendship and Giant Worms here. I will be actively responding over the next week or so, so get them in quick or risk not getting them answered at all.
Please mark any plot wise spoilers as spoilers to preserve new readers.
Gonna be doing a Livestream in a little bit. Feel free to join me or ask questions!!!

I live in the Caribbean, Puerto Rico to be exact and Irma, by a stroke of luck, hadn't caused the expected damage as it changed tragectory last minute.
But before it did, the whole island suffered a blackout, cellphone towers just recently ran out of gas for their backup generators (they're back online btw).
I guess I was lucky. Nothing life threatening accord during the time of the brutal winds and never-ending rain.
Yay?
So, I've got an idea running around in my head, though it'd be more apt to say that i've been thinking about doing this for a long while, of continuing one of my older stories that isn't MLP or posted anywhere. The idea is to convert it, as best I can (and remembering the absolute failure of my past attempts of converting an existing project of mine) and upload it here... Should anyone who actually takes the time to read these be interested, I'm going to upload a foreword and at least one,
I love reading about people, what they do and how they make their stuff. So why not let you guys in on some stuff about me? Well, here are some questions I've been asked before, and some questions I'd love to hear answered.
How often do you update?
I try to update at least once a week. At the most, I'll hammer out two to three chapters (that is my computer isn't having a seizure)
Who is best pony?
Am I really the only Fallout Equestria writer who uses Soarin, Flash Sentry and Cheese Sandwich in his stories as major characters?
Granted, I'm not a great Fallout Equestria writer, or writer in general, but still . . . . .
Also, I'm not spoiling much for my stories. You can clearly see them in the character tags.
Have I... peaked? Like, you know when some people reach a certain point in life they can't go any farther?
It's just... well, with some of my recent stories, neither the view or upvote count have been fairly high. Mind you, this does always seem to happen after I do a hugely well-received story and maybe I'm just failing to live up to reader expectations.
Sorry everyone for the lack of updates. There has been some stuff going on here and I kinda had to do some running around to get things done as well as trying to figure out a way to proceed with some of the stories.
I'll be trying to get updates ready as soon as possible but it might take a while. I am really sorry about this. I'll also try to get more than one chapter sent at a time if possible.
1. What is your first name?
Devin. Yeah, shocker.
2. How old are you?
24
3. What country are you from?
Florida, born and raised.
4. What do you look like?
Somewhat pale and somewhat tan skin, short dark brown hair, and blue eyes.
5. What do you wish you looked like?
I like myself as I am, though part of me wishes I had a blue left eye and a red right eye. AKA, dichromatic eyes.
Seeing as my recent Question of the Week, has only recieved 2 comments, I concluded that it might possibly be linked to it be EqG related or it lacking tentacles. Thus I decided to ask another question, one that is related to my Dream series and while still lacking tentacles is still as uncomfortable/confusing.
Hello, sorry for the late blog post this week, I just had a hard time thinking of a good question to ask.
So this question is something I have considered and I thought I would bring it up and see what you all thought.
If I was to start writing non-mlp related stories, what is the likelihood that you'd be interested in these stories?
Well, that's the question for the week. I hope you all have a good week.
Currently, my 30th story stands at 3 chapters, and my prereaders have so far liked what I've written. Should I carry on and write a couple more chapters before publishing, or should I go ahead and publish sometime sooner?
Either way, the update schedule for it will be pretty slow, considering how I'm completely new to writing in the genre of the story.
I waited an extra day to see if anyone else would bite. But now, it is time for me to share the questions and answers from my Q&A!
FourShadow had quite a few questions for me:
1. What got you into the MLP fandom?
2. On the 50s monster flicks, what's your favorites? Like a couple, it doesn't have to be THE favorite.
3. Favorite video game?
4. Favorite action flick?
5. Oooh now here's a fun one. Worst DC movie you've seen?
6. Favorite TV show?
... and because I am a latecomer to the fandom, I have absolutely no idea how EQD works. I got an email saying they received my submission, so I'm assuming their acceptance/rejection message will come through the same medium, but I really have no idea. Does anybody have any experience with submitting content to EQD? If so, how long can I expect to wait to hear back from them?
Does anyone want a prequel to my most recent Luna fic? I have an idea for one.
It would be a fictionalized retelling of how I discovered MLP, with a hint of Best Pony Luna.
If enough people want a prequel, I'll write one.
