Just realised I haven't promoted this yet - I've been helping co-write and edit an Anon-a-miss crossover story. It's actually a rewrite of a story that I liked, and offered to help with it. I've finally begun work on 'Born of Rage: Age of Monsters'
I've spent the past year and a half working on a loose outline for the story, with many long months simply spent trying to keep everything locked into a seamless narrative. It's been difficult; life has not been dull this past year, and I've found little free time for myself in which to write. However, things have changed, and I can now devote a small portion to time into actually getting this idea off the ground.
Because I've got a lot of ideas in my head that want out but might not be able to find their way into a story.

Story reviews are interesting because, sure, you can use them to know if a certain book will be the right one for you? But I feel they’re more useful when the review is in itself a tool to talk about storytelling in general. You review a book, but the book is a jumping-off point to discuss what it means to have good pacing; stuff like that.
Work has begun on a new story within the Born of Rage Saga; "Born of Rage: Underworld".
